We Care Home Health Services LLC is a trusted Assisted living Services provider, serving the Minneapolis/St. Paul and its surrounding suburbs. Our main goal is to help maintain and improve our clients’ current ways of living through our excellent brand of care. We aim to promote independence and freedom for them without compromising their current health condition.
Our skilled nurses, along with the rest of our team, have all gone through extensive background checks and rigorous training to guarantee that our clients only receive high-quality care from us.
License and Registration

- Assisted Living License through the Minnesota Department of Health
- Comprehensive Home Care License through the Minnesota Department of Health
- Customized Living License through the Minnesota Department of Health
- Housing with Services Registration through the Minnesota Department of Health
